Very pretty facility . Easy parking. Greeted by a gentleman as we came in and handed us a ticket and we were called right away. Avita was our clerk who got us all straightened out. She was very pleasant and did it with a smile. Lov see d the customer service!

20 century company I-Pass service is 20 century company. I called them today trying to change credic card, - no way. They suggest only do it on the phone and this process did not work. OK, then they promissed ti do it manually, take a whole day, a Superwiser may call you any moment! I tried to restore my access on web. No easy way, either.
