Do not it these people are very… Do not it these people are very disrespectful if I had known that this would be like this I wouldn't have done it and to make matters worse they prep all of the employees to lie and be dishonest I really wish they would shut them down and not allow them to do anymore business in town I beg anyone who reads this to please adhere to my warning please do not do it because this place is not the right place to seek assistance

I recently went to the Pratt Ave… I recently went to the Pratt Ave location during this covid epidemic. The people in this store including the manager were the RUDEST, laziest, ppl I have EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! They spent more time trying to get out of work then they would if they had actually just done the paperwork and loan! This was my first experience. I repaid the loan and went back because I thought it was just a “ bad day”. Nope! Same thing! They made it as difficult as they could, something that should have took 15 minutes because they had my information ended up taking 1 hour in a half! It’s absolutely ridiculous. I would rather drive all the way to Decatur than EVER DEAL WITH THIS STORE AGAIN!!!! Go somewhere else!!

When I need extra cash When I need extra cash, Always Money is the only money lender company that I go to. The associates always remember my name and are always so kind. I can’t think of going no where else for my money needs.

Crooks Crooks! Called and provided updated banking details and instructed them to delete my primary. However, they saved my primary details so when they couldn't withdraw from my new account, they went and STOLE from my primary. How can I have the confidence to save money to pay back this loan when they feel they can fraudulently steal from you when God forbid your low paying part time job doesn't allow you to make a $300 monthly payment on a loan where only $2 of that $300 is going towards your principal? I know that check looks good, ya'll...but it ain't worth it.

After calling and letting you know that… After calling and letting you know that I was out of work and would pay when I could you still took the only money I had let in my account including an overdraft. I was never late paying what I owe always money. In this difficult time when people are out of work and can't pay their bill always money should had giving your customers a chance before you decided to break us that have mouths to feed. I will never do business with always money ever again.
