GBTHIS IS A SCAM I responded to a mailer and a very nice person processed my initial request. I went ahead with the application and provided everything they needed within 24 hours. I was promised that the application will be completed within a week or two. Six weeks later, I got nothing from them. NOTHING. They did not process the application. Why? I don't know. When I speak to the point person, he apologizes and makes promises that managers are involved and they will finish the application soon. Nothing happens. I call again and the process repeats. I am not sure what is going on but this does not appear to be a legitimate company.

GBMail you receive is USELESS I have been receiving letters from Prime Choice for months now. At first when I saw the low interest rate listed (2.875%) I was excited and wanted to give the company a chance. After a call with the mortgage specialist i was told that the rate advertised is only available with a points buy down. Stupid me as they said it in the fine print in the back, lesson learned. Adamant that i could make one of the solicitor emails work for me I took my time to read all the mail i received and looked at the fine print to make sure the rate advertised is the rate i'll be getting. A month goes by and I feel i may have hit the jackpot with the a new letter from Prime Choice again with an advertised rate of 2.875%. This time i read the letter up and down front and back word for word, and nowhere does it state a buy down is required. The language listed in the fine print as I quote "Rate being quoted are as of 10/18/2019 and on a 30 year term based on an interest rate of 2.875%(3.169%APR) with a total of 360 payments. Interest rate and APR being quoted assumes a borrower receives VA Disability and is exempt from having to pay a funding fee. Rate may change or not available at commitment, lock-in or closing. WHERE DOES IT SAY BUY DOWN IS REQUIRED FOR THE RATE??? Again i have read a plethora of letters from other solicitors and they do state that buy down is required to receive the advertised rate, but this time i dont see it. I try to explain the case to the mortgage specialist that the letter you provided does not have the buy down requirement and was rudely ignored. Thanks to this i will never work with a company that provides false information just so you can call and be told something different.

GBSecond VA mortgage with Prime Choice Funding This is my second VA mortgage using Prime Choice Funding. The first experience was superb and was a VA with cash out. The rate was as low as the market provided at the time. The people (Mr. Scott Twombley and Mr. Bob Lin) were outstanding. Friendly, very responsive, knowledgable and certainly gave me the feeling they in fact did care about quality service and getting my loan done ASAP. They were the best in my experience dealing with mortgage companies. Now I have just concluded my second refi (lower rate) with Scott Twombley and Bob Lin did another outstanding job. Even when I got a mistake the day of closing it was no problem and they had it corrected, printed and to the title office and notary within TWO DAYS! All with a "can do" attitude and sunny disposition. I cannot compliment these guys more and believe me I will be using Prime Choice Funding in future home mortgages!

GBDon’t throw the flyers away! Ooooh, I’m dancing on the ceiling. Shout out to my loan officials:Shaun Panochit and Lisette Guillen; Thank You Shaun and Lisette for dedicated work! These two are experts with getting it done. Straight up! You can believe what they say:Cause; I had been dealing w/four other lenders;(not dropping names cause they consider themselves top shelf)they simply wore me the hell out! They had very little transparency, difficult to comprehend, and some just too arrogant. I-just-could-not...smh. But to hardworking, trustworthy, people like Shaun’s team I send you peace & light. “Nothing astonishes men so much as common sense and plain dealing.” Ralph Waldo Emerson I see Shaun as an intelligent BOSS, And very good with financial stuff; and honest...you just rock on. I appreciate you all. As always Respectfully M. Williams
