GBAs soon as I'm close to the 5 year… As soon as I'm close to the 5 year withdrawal period they extended another 2 years. I expect to never get my money out.

GBUnclear that you can’t cash money out… Unclear that you can’t cash money out until properties sell and the final distribution is made. It’s a long term bet...maybe 5 years. App does only one thing...take your money.. a minimum of $500 to invest. There isn’t much else in terms of personal insights...only a basic “News and updates” blog. I made an initial investment and didn’t bother setting up anything recurring, not much motivation to. We’ll see how much return there is in the years to come...

GBMy purchase was very easy My purchase was very easy . The transaction occurred when scheduled and everything was explained to me fully. I receive updates and, emails and statements at regularly scheduled times. Great for beginners like myself just getting started in investing. The only down side is that the return is extremely low at this time. I'll hang in and see if it increases. Pierre Andre' Evans - Chicago, IL, USA, NA
Disappointed Customer
GBMuch better products on the market. Their customer support is weak and doesn’t follow through. They don’t seem to understand basic questions at times. The dividends are poor compared to their competitors. This coupled with the inability to liquidate for at least five years results in a pretty weak product. I invested in Fundrise at the same time and have since added more funds there. They communicate better, provide better returns and the ability liquidate on a quarterly basis, if needed.
