An Unexpectedly Easy Experience The process of receiving my loan was clean cut and dry and simple. The office expectations and requested items needed to secure the loan were complete and concise. Once adhered to money was immediately made available as promised. The office staff were knowledgeable and delivered on their committment. Bad company all around, I would give this company a zero if I could Bad company all around. My son passed away last month due to covid-19. I have found out 2 weeks ago I have brain cancer. Title loan fast is giving me 5 days to come up with 2,000. I work a minimum wage job with 25 hours per week. I can pay $200 per week, but I can't get any one to get back in contact with me

Great Customer Service The customer service and experience is great! It’s the type of business and the industry in and of itself that needs overhauled. It did save my life at the moment, it only created a larger issue in the future, lost one worry only to gain another. I also, am still asking my mother and a friend to read the contract, I simply want to know if the payments I am making every two weeks, will reduce my payoff balance on the 27 of November. I borrowed 1900, and making payments of 317.00, and will be paying the entire balance 11/27 . So I have asked this question and I can not get a clear answer. Other than the transparency issue with exactly how the loan works, which could be a result of my ignorance. The company and employees have done a great job!
