USTerrible don’t use this company Terrible don’t use this company. Run. The fees are ridiculous and they only respond if they need something from you. I paid off the loan a month ago they contacted me twice asking for my address to send my title and still nothing. I asked several times for copies of all my payments for my accountant. I have my own business now and I need it. Sounds very shady. Terrible company and boy did I learn a lesson.

USThey lie a lot !!!! They lie a lot !!!!! They send you a virtual copy of your loan agreement with no fees or %’z now on the virtual contract and then on top of that they charge you $700 fee just for you getting the loan that’s without interest and another $400 fee(might be more )of you don’t pay it off within 3 months but your loan agreement is for a year. They don’t tell you this on the phone when I talked to somebody she told me all I would have to pay is the original amount borrowed when I received my loan it was $750 by next month they said I owed $1250 and and if I didn’t pay it by the end of the 3 months it jumped to $1,850 just in fees and now I’m begging for my receipt after I already paid $865.91 they Saying I owe them $933.36 which mean they want over $1,000 for a 750 loan I don’t advise them To anyone and when you tell them you were lied to they say oh well.

USBad company all around, I would give this company a zero if I could Bad company all around. My son passed away last month due to covid-19. I have found out 2 weeks ago I have brain cancer. Title loan fast is giving me 5 days to come up with 2,000. I work a minimum wage job with 25 hours per week. I can pay $200 per week, but I can't get any one to get back in contact with me

USCustomer service is not the greatest but the worst Customer service is not the greatest. They left a message saying that they needed further information. When I called back to inquire about the details, the details that were given to me over the phone were total different then what the message left requested. When I asked about it the customer service person only restated what she had said previously. I asked for a supervisor and she stated she was the supervisor for that shift. Needless to say the call continued to go downhill. After getting off the call a email was sent saying Notice of Adverse Action Taken..... meaning everything thing that I uploaded and that I had already been pre approved for, didn't matter. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ( NOT ) I received a Loan elsewhere with no hassle at all - all via online.
