Customer Service is really easy to talk too and if you have to leave a voicemail, which is rare during business hours, they respond to you quickly that day. They don't fund on weekends so keep that in mind and they process your payment on Thursday night/Friday morning @ 12AM. If you get paid direct deposit then that time shouldn't bother you. For me, who has to deposit my paycheck on Fridays this was difficult for me occasionally. If you contact them a couple days in advance though they really do work with you the best they can. All in all a good company that I recommend
