GBACTIVE DUTY AND VETERANS BEWARE ACTIVE DUTY AND VETERANS BEWARE: I have had the most horrible experience with this company. I first dealt with Jordan from the Costa Mesa Branch she dropped the ball NO CONTACT-KEPT STRINGING US ALONG. Than I called to complain and I was going to walk away at this time but spoke to a Garrick (with same branch) who claims to be the owner of the company and he ASSURED me that we would close on a date that came and went. He stated that UWM (united wholesale company) was the problem. Contacted this company and came to find out that it was them that had dropped the ball again. He mad promises after promises and since November of 2019 my husband and I have been strung along. My family and I have wasted 3 months giving this company a chance to come thru. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MILITARY STAY AWAY. I am contacting the better business bureau as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME they will even tell you not to pay your mortgage. Can you believe that. I have learned a lesson from this, trust your gut if it seems to good to be true....RUN.

GBI'd go 4.5 stars if available I'd go 4.5 stars if available. I'm retired from mtg business (real estate appraiser) and everything went as expected. Even fees, which are admittedly complex, were within a few dollars of what was projected; that's hard to do.

GBReally unprofessional Really unprofessional. When I stated I was going to pass on their finance, Taylor became rude and unprofessional. Putting things in caps really comes across as rude in text and honestly the reason a service is refused is not something that has to be disclosed. If he cannot accept that someone is just not interested, then maybe a role in customer service is not for him.

GBBEWARE ALL NURSES AND THOSE HEALTHCARE… BEWARE ALL NURSES AND THOSE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS. If I could rate this company a 0 out of 5 I would. For starters, they rope you into fast pre-approval rating without doing due diligence and always available to communicate. Once you have established a contract in hand, then the communication is completely lacking (no return emails, texts, or callbacks). Furthermore, at that point they seem to START the validation process for you loan, even though they have assured you that you are approved and qualified. They continually assure you that your funds are secured, until you need to close and then you are told that they are not ready, further funds are needed. This company cost me my homestead, and further expenditures unforeseen. They are not what they claim to be. As of date (2/11/20), there has been zero communication extended forth to me. If indeed the information provided to you was incomplete or inaccurate as you say, the burden belies on YOU to communicate with me what was deficient. THAT NEVER OCCURRED WHILE YOU PRE APPROVED for 10 MONTHS my application before a contract was in hand. DUE DILIGENCE was NOT my responsibility- it was YOURS.
