I've more than 10 tickets, mainly related to the timing of operations, which are beyond all reasonable limits. Once virtual card just stopped working. They "solved" the problem of the proposal to recreate card, of course, by paying a fee. Problems are constant, no changes in service all the time. Fees are high. Support and sevice awful. No conpensations for any kind of problems. For the last time I tried to withdrawal money in two different ways (account is verified for sure, previously successfully withdrawn funds less than 50$). First, nothing happened for more than 1 month. Support said there are some problems for such withdrawal way. Then they ignored my messages for weeks. Finally, withdrawal was cancelled and money returned to account. I've tried another withdrawal way. For now I'm waiting for more than 2 weeks. Support ignoring me. Looks like my money just stolen by CVCwallet. Don't use CVCwallet! I won't be anymore. My CVCwallet username is ZinUru. UPDATE: finally, I've got my funds back after 2 months. But not where I needed. Of course with a loss on fees. Of course without any conpensations.

Best Reloadable Virtual Card Honestly the company is great. It's really rear to get reloadable virtual cards with 2 years of expiration date. Yes, sometimes you have to face a little deposit problem which is a temporary problem. That means you can't reload your card for a while like 1-2 hours. It happens 2-3 times in a week. But stay 1-2 hours. And then everything is ok. Live support helps me to get rid of this issue. Afterall, best card which works for me.
