Room for improvement Can't log in to my account with the correct password. Tried re-setting passwords multiple times and get error message. Used live chat support only to be told by the agent that "we are out of the office right now". Why have a chat feature turned on only to have the agent tell you that they're "out of the office" after saying "how many I assist you today?"l. We have the cards set to be used at gas stations and home improvement stores and have repeatedly been declined at both for small purchases well below the balance.

Never commit with this company they are… Never commit with this company they are unable to support their own customers or respond to simple email requests. Secondly they could never activate our business account our employees couldn’t use their cards, we cancelled and struggled for days now just to get the money back to our account. We regret the experience with them it was beyond bad!!!!

This is the worst company! This is the worst company!! first "someone" took more than $5,000 in matter of hrs out of the account and Bento didnt see that suspicous, because it was transaction after transaction, and their resolution was that we made those movements and that we never reported the card, which it doesnt make sence because I called them as soon as I received the email saying i was low on funds and they told me no to even dispute the transaction that I should wait. Second, I'm still trying to close since everything happen, on June. I called them for weeks and they just told me that they will send that to the supervisor and I guess they never do, because I'm still waiting.They dont let me use the card to take little money we have on the account. If you dont want to lose so much money, PLEASE dont use this company. They dont care for their clients.

Works ok, not great Works ok, not great. The biggest problem is it takes several days to add funds. Weekends, any banking holiday, etc doesn't count so anticipate a week most of the time. It would be nice to have better capabilities for matching individual statements and expense reports, but that's more of an issue with other software than Bento.

Program improvement strongly suggested! Customer service responded quickly. The issue we have is that the program does not allow for or show monthly statements! Even so, there is no way for it to show a current balance at the time of a past transaction or range of transactions. The card is treated like a credit card in our accounting systems and needs to be reconciled every month. The Bento program does not allow that to be done with ease and accuracy.
