Please stay away from Bento for Business I don't normally leave reviews and I always try to give companies a chance to make situations correct. I have to honestly say that Bento for Business is a service I would not recommend; I would recommend looking for other solutions. There are many other companies that offer the same card services that Bento for Business offers and I would look at any other company. With that said, Bento for Business has very little, if any, support. Chat service is never online and if you call, you would be lucky to get in touch with someone. When you finally get in touch with support, you are greeted with someone who is rude and arrogant. The service is expensive when compared to other companies. If you try to cancel, good luck. It is almost impossible to cancel the service and they are happy to keep charging you. The hoops you must go through to cancel the service seems to be almost fraudulent. Please stay away from Bento for Business.

My issues was never resolved My issues was never resolved. I was also not contacted back like I was told. I also have issues with how long it takes for funds to be available.

Bento has ZERO customer service Bento has ZERO customer service. I have been waiting over a week for someone from "the escalation department" to call me back. Emails are ignored, voicemails are not returned.

When activating the card When activating the card, the initial money was on the card immediately. Why, then does it take three days or a visit to my bank to make it go faster? This adds a step-it is great when money is on there, but what if they need a larger lump sum for tools,etc?

Great program and easy to use..some… Great program and easy to use..some frustration in setting it up where it works with my employees to our specific needs in our daily operation but once I got that done it has been easy
