I love how fast it is to get new Debit… I love how fast it is to get new Debit Cards. We do not believe in using debt as a tool, so this was a great option to delineate transactions between employees. However, the integration into Quickbooks leaves a lot to be desired. The Credit Cards companies transfer transactions WAY BETTER into Quickbooks than Bento for Business.

Room for improvement Can't log in to my account with the correct password. Tried re-setting passwords multiple times and get error message. Used live chat support only to be told by the agent that "we are out of the office right now". Why have a chat feature turned on only to have the agent tell you that they're "out of the office" after saying "how many I assist you today?"l. We have the cards set to be used at gas stations and home improvement stores and have repeatedly been declined at both for small purchases well below the balance.

Easy and great features Wonderful service. The features are thorough and the system is easy to use. Great job on design and execution. The only reason 4 versus 5 is the relatively slow money load time. 3 business days is just too slow in todays marketplace...I’d be willing to pay a fee for PayPal or credit card instant loads but wire transfers (which is the only “fast” option) are old school and way too cumbersome. This service would be more competive with faster load times. They are clearly holding the funds an extra day. Most of our similar employee finances is done by just getting different bank accounts and setting debit card controls. Most serious competitors have 1 business day ACH loads at this point and soon ACH will be same day (e.g. PayPal, Prepaid cards, etc. ).
