Good product and service... The ease and convenience of transferring funds to a card which is not directly linked to our business bank account which prevents unauthorized access to said account is what we were looking for. The only drawback is the time it takes for funds to be transmitted when the request is submitted online. If this part of the process could be improved and shortened by a day or so, it would be a perfect service.

Terrible company These people are out and out liars. Read the response to my post. I have yet to have a support person contact me about any missing documents, and have submitted every document they asked of me. It's funny... they respond to negative feedback, but they would not contact me directly to rectify the situation. That is very telling. Terrible company. Horrible Customer Service! I applied and provided all documentation and was denied a Bento for a business prepaid card for no reason whatsoever. Mind you, I was opening a pre-paid account with all documentation and a sizeable deposit. Avoid this company they are not worth the effort. When I asked for a supervisor to call me the request was denied. When I asked for the corporate office number the request was denied. I still have no idea why I was denied when I have other similar types of cards and a stellar credit rating.

Never ever return calls. Terrible customer service! You can call till your blue in the face but it doesn't matter. Even the lady in charge never returns phone calls, I'm talking calls she said she would make. It doesn't matter who you talk to, don't ever expect a call back because you will find yourself waiting for days. Sorry but I shouldn't have to track down these unprofessional creeps! Just do what you say people! I run thousands of dollars thru their company and I cant even get return calls... screw this place. I'm running a business I shouldn't have to babysit the people I pay to perform for me!!

Never commit with this company they are… Never commit with this company they are unable to support their own customers or respond to simple email requests. Secondly they could never activate our business account our employees couldn’t use their cards, we cancelled and struggled for days now just to get the money back to our account. We regret the experience with them it was beyond bad!!!!

Program improvement strongly suggested! Customer service responded quickly. The issue we have is that the program does not allow for or show monthly statements! Even so, there is no way for it to show a current balance at the time of a past transaction or range of transactions. The card is treated like a credit card in our accounting systems and needs to be reconciled every month. The Bento program does not allow that to be done with ease and accuracy.
