GBPlease stay away from Bento for Business I don't normally leave reviews and I always try to give companies a chance to make situations correct. I have to honestly say that Bento for Business is a service I would not recommend; I would recommend looking for other solutions. There are many other companies that offer the same card services that Bento for Business offers and I would look at any other company. With that said, Bento for Business has very little, if any, support. Chat service is never online and if you call, you would be lucky to get in touch with someone. When you finally get in touch with support, you are greeted with someone who is rude and arrogant. The service is expensive when compared to other companies. If you try to cancel, good luck. It is almost impossible to cancel the service and they are happy to keep charging you. The hoops you must go through to cancel the service seems to be almost fraudulent. Please stay away from Bento for Business.

GBProgram improvement strongly suggested! Customer service responded quickly. The issue we have is that the program does not allow for or show monthly statements! Even so, there is no way for it to show a current balance at the time of a past transaction or range of transactions. The card is treated like a credit card in our accounting systems and needs to be reconciled every month. The Bento program does not allow that to be done with ease and accuracy.

GBEasy and great features Wonderful service. The features are thorough and the system is easy to use. Great job on design and execution. The only reason 4 versus 5 is the relatively slow money load time. 3 business days is just too slow in todays marketplace...I’d be willing to pay a fee for PayPal or credit card instant loads but wire transfers (which is the only “fast” option) are old school and way too cumbersome. This service would be more competive with faster load times. They are clearly holding the funds an extra day. Most of our similar employee finances is done by just getting different bank accounts and setting debit card controls. Most serious competitors have 1 business day ACH loads at this point and soon ACH will be same day (e.g. PayPal, Prepaid cards, etc. ).
