USWhen activating the card When activating the card, the initial money was on the card immediately. Why, then does it take three days or a visit to my bank to make it go faster? This adds a step-it is great when money is on there, but what if they need a larger lump sum for tools,etc?

USWorks ok, not great Works ok, not great. The biggest problem is it takes several days to add funds. Weekends, any banking holiday, etc doesn't count so anticipate a week most of the time. It would be nice to have better capabilities for matching individual statements and expense reports, but that's more of an issue with other software than Bento.

USProgram improvement strongly suggested! Customer service responded quickly. The issue we have is that the program does not allow for or show monthly statements! Even so, there is no way for it to show a current balance at the time of a past transaction or range of transactions. The card is treated like a credit card in our accounting systems and needs to be reconciled every month. The Bento program does not allow that to be done with ease and accuracy.
