The house needed some work and he had some references on some trades like paint, floor guys and an electrician as well as an outstanding handyman to go through and take care of issues from the inspection as well as some make ready things like some carpentry, plumbing and installing ceiling fans. The house turned out great when everyone was finished. Ken hustled and we had a solid full price offer in 3 days. Ken made it happen. A Great Purchasing Experience I don’t know why anyone would not want to take advantage of what Ideal Agent is offering. As first time home buyers we did not know any agents and we’re paired with one that was a rockstar. We encountered many hurdles throughout the purchasing process and having an agent as experienced as Ken, I’m not sure we would have gotten through the process without his guidance. If you are not taking advantage of Ideal Agent and their network of agents as experienced as Ken you definitely missed out. Absolutely would recommend!
