The reasons why I appreciate Ziprent repairs Anytime I contact Ziprent for repairs the company always responds immediately. Not with a generated email, but with actual questions. Which means that someone read and heard what I was saying. They responded accordingly. Which meant that they were looking for a contractor/plumber to accept the job. They're also really good with keeping me updated every step of the process until the appointment is made. They always send well qualified certified technicians or licensed professionals who have never been inappropriate or left this job site unfinished. Thr professional always schedules to my availability. Then after arriving and finding the issue, they alert me to the problem. They also allow me to know that they have to get permission from the owner before going any further. Then, I receive emails and text messages from Ziprent throughout the process allowing me to know what's going on. As well as what stage they are in and when the professional will return to complete the job. Ziprent is absolutely amazing. I have never had a realtor who was so in tuned to my needs and fulfilled them for the betterment of the property. I really appreciate them. This is my first experience with an online realtor and it's the best choice I've made. I absolutely love it. I love how I don't have to live with brokenness. I love that they hear me and immediately find a resolution.

Outstanding service Ziprent has been managing a property for me in the Seattle area since December 2022, and I have nothing but top praise for this company. Ziprent is very reasonably priced: Their fees are much, much lower than those of other companies in my area. In addition, their staff are much more responsive and expedient than the staff in that other company I used to work with and that slammed me with a lease renewal fee of 50% rental: that’s right, same tenant, nothing to be done but ask the tenant to sign the lease! Ziprent’s staff jump on my email requests immediately, and they have made it clear that I am very important to them. Although I have not had to do marketing and tenant search with them, I am confident they would shine in that area as well – or at the very least charge me a flat $1,250 rather than a full month’s rent. Nor have I had anything break in my rental property, so I can’t speak to how Ziprent would handle that – still, I think they’d do well. So far, this is THE company I would recommend to any current or future landlord.

Quick & Efficient While I was sorting out what property manager to use, Ziprent maintained a steady presence with reminders about services and offers of assistance. It was evident these were coming from actual people. Pricing and services were clear and upfront. Any questions I had were answered within 24 hours, but usually within minutes. I did end up speaking to someone at Ziprent to make sure I was understanding everything and he was great. Very friendly, welcoming, gave me some advice, and ultimately got me started with Ziprent. The onboarding process was pretty smooth and straightforward. It was definitely quick. The Ziprent team does not collect dust. Perhaps most importantly I am pleased with my tenant. I had no idea what kind of tenant I was looking for, but the first one to complete an application seems like a dream. Ziprent was wholeheartedly recommended to me by a work colleague and I will wholeheartedly recommend Ziprent to anyone looking for a property manager.
