Which means that someone read and heard what I was saying. They responded accordingly. Which meant that they were looking for a contractor/plumber to accept the job. They're also really good with keeping me updated every step of the process until the appointment is made. They always send well qualified certified technicians or licensed professionals who have never been inappropriate or left this job site unfinished. Thr professional always schedules to my availability. Then after arriving and finding the issue, they alert me to the problem. They also allow me to know that they have to get permission from the owner before going any further. Then, I receive emails and text messages from Ziprent throughout the process allowing me to know what's going on.
