GBOne of the worst property management… One of the worst property management companies I've ever dealt with. They act as a middleman, who will have you coordinate with vendors and try to figure out issues with techs. The relationship managers and reps always sound annoyed that you're calling. Highly recommend not using them.

GBZiprent does a great job communicating… Ziprent does a great job communicating with you through the process. Our needs for tenant placement and we were keep apprised of every new detail. It is, however, interesting that so many different people communicate with you. I sometimes enjoy knowing that I am communicating with one person who attends to my needs. Ziprent has many team members that share the duties of keeping you informed. This is my second time using Ziprent and both times have been a good experience and tenants were placed promptly.

GBOutstanding service Ziprent has been managing a property for me in the Seattle area since December 2022, and I have nothing but top praise for this company. Ziprent is very reasonably priced: Their fees are much, much lower than those of other companies in my area. In addition, their staff are much more responsive and expedient than the staff in that other company I used to work with and that slammed me with a lease renewal fee of 50% rental: that’s right, same tenant, nothing to be done but ask the tenant to sign the lease! Ziprent’s staff jump on my email requests immediately, and they have made it clear that I am very important to them. Although I have not had to do marketing and tenant search with them, I am confident they would shine in that area as well – or at the very least charge me a flat $1,250 rather than a full month’s rent. Nor have I had anything break in my rental property, so I can’t speak to how Ziprent would handle that – still, I think they’d do well. So far, this is THE company I would recommend to any current or future landlord.
