GBZiprent does a great job communicating… Ziprent does a great job communicating with you through the process. Our needs for tenant placement and we were keep apprised of every new detail. It is, however, interesting that so many different people communicate with you. I sometimes enjoy knowing that I am communicating with one person who attends to my needs. Ziprent has many team members that share the duties of keeping you informed. This is my second time using Ziprent and both times have been a good experience and tenants were placed promptly.

GBOne of the worst property management… One of the worst property management companies I've ever dealt with. They act as a middleman, who will have you coordinate with vendors and try to figure out issues with techs. The relationship managers and reps always sound annoyed that you're calling. Highly recommend not using them.

GBZiprent is absolutely great to work… Ziprent is absolutely great to work with. They placed a tenant on our rental property in 4 days. Can't speak less about excellent customer service they have. Easy to use softwares and they keep you posted at every stage. Completely transparent process. Tenant placement or management fees is flat fee and very competent. Looking forward to have them manage our property for a long time!

GBBest communication and customer service Ziprent is efficient, quick to respond, has great customer services and a very good user interface portal. There's transparency in every step of finding a new tenant for my rental and their efficiency removes a lot of stress from me as a landlord. I've used other property management company in a different state and have a pretty high expectation already but Ziprent still exceeds my expectation by offering the best communication and services I've seen.

GBZIPRENT to relax I was amazed at the team effort being put in by various members at any time in the day. I was surprised with the speed and efficiency your team prepared to put the property for rent on your website and share. I would have preferred to be informed and see the description before making it available for public. Your collective advice was much appreciated since it is my first experience. About TESLA storage wall addition, I would have added this in the beginning instead a note at the end since it is needed during power outage for work from home population. May be we can think about it for next lease. Many thanks.
