Best communication and customer service Ziprent is efficient, quick to respond, has great customer services and a very good user interface portal. There's transparency in every step of finding a new tenant for my rental and their efficiency removes a lot of stress from me as a landlord. I've used other property management company in a different state and have a pretty high expectation already but Ziprent still exceeds my expectation by offering the best communication and services I've seen.

About TESLA storage wall addition, I would have added this in the beginning instead a note at the end since it is needed during power outage for work from home population.
