About TESLA storage wall addition, I would have added this in the beginning instead a note at the end since it is needed during power outage for work from home population. I did end up speaking to someone at Ziprent to make sure I was understanding everything and he was great. Very friendly, welcoming, gave me some advice, and ultimately got me started with Ziprent. The onboarding process was pretty smooth and straightforward. It was definitely quick. The Ziprent team does not collect dust. Perhaps most importantly I am pleased with my tenant. I had no idea what kind of tenant I was looking for, but the first one to complete an application seems like a dream.
