One of the worst property management… One of the worst property management companies I've ever dealt with. They act as a middleman, who will have you coordinate with vendors and try to figure out issues with techs. The relationship managers and reps always sound annoyed that you're calling. Highly recommend not using them.

This is my first time renting and it was comforting to know I had the expertise of Ziprent staff to ensure I went about renting out my home in the right way. About TESLA storage wall addition, I would have added this in the beginning instead a note at the end since it is needed during power outage for work from home population.
