I would have preferred to be informed and see the description before making it available for public. Your collective advice was much appreciated since it is my first experience. About TESLA storage wall addition, I would have added this in the beginning instead a note at the end since it is needed during power outage for work from home population. Best communication and customer service Ziprent is efficient, quick to respond, has great customer services and a very good user interface portal. There's transparency in every step of finding a new tenant for my rental and their efficiency removes a lot of stress from me as a landlord. I've used other property management company in a different state and have a pretty high expectation already but Ziprent still exceeds my expectation by offering the best communication and services I've seen.
