GBBest communication and customer service Ziprent is efficient, quick to respond, has great customer services and a very good user interface portal. There's transparency in every step of finding a new tenant for my rental and their efficiency removes a lot of stress from me as a landlord. I've used other property management company in a different state and have a pretty high expectation already but Ziprent still exceeds my expectation by offering the best communication and services I've seen.

I was surprised with the speed and efficiency your team prepared to put the property for rent on your website and share. I would have preferred to be informed and see the description before making it available for public. Your collective advice was much appreciated since it is my first experience. About TESLA storage wall addition, I would have added this in the beginning instead a note at the end since it is needed during power outage for work from home population. GBThe reasons why I appreciate Ziprent repairs Anytime I contact Ziprent for repairs the company always responds immediately. Not with a generated email, but with actual questions. Which means that someone read and heard what I was saying. They responded accordingly. Which meant that they were looking for a contractor/plumber to accept the job. They're also really good with keeping me updated every step of the process until the appointment is made. They always send well qualified certified technicians or licensed professionals who have never been inappropriate or left this job site unfinished. Thr professional always schedules to my availability. Then after arriving and finding the issue, they alert me to the problem. They also allow me to know that they have to get permission from the owner before going any further. Then, I receive emails and text messages from Ziprent throughout the process allowing me to know what's going on. As well as what stage they are in and when the professional will return to complete the job. Ziprent is absolutely amazing. I have never had a realtor who was so in tuned to my needs and fulfilled them for the betterment of the property. I really appreciate them. This is my first experience with an online realtor and it's the best choice I've made. I absolutely love it. I love how I don't have to live with brokenness. I love that they hear me and immediately find a resolution.
