There's transparency in every step of finding a new tenant for my rental and their efficiency removes a lot of stress from me as a landlord. They always send well qualified certified technicians or licensed professionals who have never been inappropriate or left this job site unfinished. They also allow me to know that they have to get permission from the owner before going any further. Then, I receive emails and text messages from Ziprent throughout the process allowing me to know what's going on.
