GBOutstanding service Ziprent has been managing a property for me in the Seattle area since December 2022, and I have nothing but top praise for this company. Ziprent is very reasonably priced: Their fees are much, much lower than those of other companies in my area. In addition, their staff are much more responsive and expedient than the staff in that other company I used to work with and that slammed me with a lease renewal fee of 50% rental: that’s right, same tenant, nothing to be done but ask the tenant to sign the lease! Ziprent’s staff jump on my email requests immediately, and they have made it clear that I am very important to them. Although I have not had to do marketing and tenant search with them, I am confident they would shine in that area as well – or at the very least charge me a flat $1,250 rather than a full month’s rent. Nor have I had anything break in my rental property, so I can’t speak to how Ziprent would handle that – still, I think they’d do well. So far, this is THE company I would recommend to any current or future landlord.

GBZIPRENT to relax I was amazed at the team effort being put in by various members at any time in the day. I was surprised with the speed and efficiency your team prepared to put the property for rent on your website and share. I would have preferred to be informed and see the description before making it available for public. Your collective advice was much appreciated since it is my first experience. About TESLA storage wall addition, I would have added this in the beginning instead a note at the end since it is needed during power outage for work from home population. May be we can think about it for next lease. Many thanks.
