Best communication and customer service Ziprent is efficient, quick to respond, has great customer services and a very good user interface portal. There's transparency in every step of finding a new tenant for my rental and their efficiency removes a lot of stress from me as a landlord. I've used other property management company in a different state and have a pretty high expectation already but Ziprent still exceeds my expectation by offering the best communication and services I've seen.

Quick & Efficient While I was sorting out what property manager to use, Ziprent maintained a steady presence with reminders about services and offers of assistance. It was evident these were coming from actual people. Pricing and services were clear and upfront. Any questions I had were answered within 24 hours, but usually within minutes. I did end up speaking to someone at Ziprent to make sure I was understanding everything and he was great. Very friendly, welcoming, gave me some advice, and ultimately got me started with Ziprent.
