One of the worst property management… One of the worst property management companies I've ever dealt with. They act as a middleman, who will have you coordinate with vendors and try to figure out issues with techs. The relationship managers and reps always sound annoyed that you're calling. Highly recommend not using them.

I don’t give them a 5 star review… I don’t give them a 5 star review because I only had one month experience with them, and I can say that you are on the right track if you are a homeowner and looking for a management company for your property.

Quick & Efficient While I was sorting out what property manager to use, Ziprent maintained a steady presence with reminders about services and offers of assistance. It was evident these were coming from actual people. Pricing and services were clear and upfront. Any questions I had were answered within 24 hours, but usually within minutes. I did end up speaking to someone at Ziprent to make sure I was understanding everything and he was great. Very friendly, welcoming, gave me some advice, and ultimately got me started with Ziprent. The onboarding process was pretty smooth and straightforward. It was definitely quick. The Ziprent team does not collect dust. Perhaps most importantly I am pleased with my tenant. I had no idea what kind of tenant I was looking for, but the first one to complete an application seems like a dream. Ziprent was wholeheartedly recommended to me by a work colleague and I will wholeheartedly recommend Ziprent to anyone looking for a property manager.
