Best communication and customer service Ziprent is efficient, quick to respond, has great customer services and a very good user interface portal. There's transparency in every step of finding a new tenant for my rental and their efficiency removes a lot of stress from me as a landlord. I've used other property management company in a different state and have a pretty high expectation already but Ziprent still exceeds my expectation by offering the best communication and services I've seen.

Easy to use softwares and they keep you posted at every stage. Completely transparent process. Tenant placement or management fees is flat fee and very competent.
