Outstanding service Ziprent has been managing a property for me in the Seattle area since December 2022, and I have nothing but top praise for this company. Ziprent is very reasonably priced: Their fees are much, much lower than those of other companies in my area. In addition, their staff are much more responsive and expedient than the staff in that other company I used to work with and that slammed me with a lease renewal fee of 50% rental: that’s right, same tenant, nothing to be done but ask the tenant to sign the lease! Ziprent’s staff jump on my email requests immediately, and they have made it clear that I am very important to them. Although I have not had to do marketing and tenant search with them, I am confident they would shine in that area as well – or at the very least charge me a flat $1,250 rather than a full month’s rent. Nor have I had anything break in my rental property, so I can’t speak to how Ziprent would handle that – still, I think they’d do well. So far, this is THE company I would recommend to any current or future landlord.

This is my first time renting and it was comforting to know I had the expertise of Ziprent staff to ensure I went about renting out my home in the right way. I got my place rented out quickly and at the asking price I had hoped for. As I had questions along the way, there was always someone who could either respond via email or on the phone. They are very efficient and communicative, which really helps to streamline the renting process. And they are more affordable than other places that offer similar services.

I was surprised with the speed and efficiency your team prepared to put the property for rent on your website and share. I would have preferred to be informed and see the description before making it available for public. Your collective advice was much appreciated since it is my first experience. About TESLA storage wall addition, I would have added this in the beginning instead a note at the end since it is needed during power outage for work from home population. The entire ziprent team was great The entire ziprent team was great. Specifically Dineen, if it was not for her support and advise in this long process we would not be living in our new home. The other manager as well helped us get moved in a day earlier and made sure that every step went smoothly.

Easy to use softwares and they keep you posted at every stage. Completely transparent process. Tenant placement or management fees is flat fee and very competent. Looking forward to have them manage our property for a long time!
