I posted in Craigslist (CL), but for some reason, someone kept flagging my post. I even emailed CL customer service; the same thing happened. I reposted it, and it got flagged again. And it's only me; other people got the same experience: abusive flagging even though your post is legitimate. I paid for one week in a Spare room, and it's worth it.

Much better inquiries than c's list… Much better inquiries than c's list because c's list sends you criminals and people with evictions. Spare room seems to send you better qualified candidates.

Trusting the Process Although I have not yet taken part with a room rental, the app/website is outstanding. I receive an email with all updates, which makes the site more user friendly. This makes it easier for me to trust the application and move in process.
