I received many inquiries within 2 days… I received many inquiries within 2 days of posting my room, and the room was taken in 2 days. I posted in Craigslist (CL), but for some reason, someone kept flagging my post. I even emailed CL customer service; the same thing happened. I reposted it, and it got flagged again. And it's only me; other people got the same experience: abusive flagging even though your post is legitimate. I paid for one week in a Spare room, and it's worth it.

Within 24 hrs I was able to secure a… Within 24 hrs I was able to secure a tenant for my rental. Although I was not able to contact everyone that contacted me I was able to contact some people and they were a large enough pool to pull from. I give a five stars because at the end of the day it is a business and the ad post was free. Thanks.

Shannen was so wonderful and helped me… Shannen was so wonderful and helped me remove my exact location on the map. I must say though, I cannot believe that SpareRoom would allow my home to be found on the map. I'm putting up pictures of my house and any person can just zoom in and figure out where I live based on the color of my home. If I hadn't already paid for it, I would have skipped this service. I don't need creeps looking at pictures of me and figuring out which house is mine.

Most of the landlords are terrible. The website is easy to navigate, however there isn't enough room for advertisements. Even after I upgraded to see more rooms, nothing changed. I think most of the landlords are terrible; they never seem to care to answer calls or reply to messages. They will ask for professional tenants when they are the opposite.
