Although I was not able to contact everyone that contacted me I was able to contact some people and they were a large enough pool to pull from. I must say though, I cannot believe that SpareRoom would allow my home to be found on the map. I'm putting up pictures of my house and any person can just zoom in and figure out where I live based on the color of my home. If I hadn't already paid for it, I would have skipped this service. I don't need creeps looking at pictures of me and figuring out which house is mine.

I received many inquiries within 2 days… I received many inquiries within 2 days of posting my room, and the room was taken in 2 days. I posted in Craigslist (CL), but for some reason, someone kept flagging my post. I even emailed CL customer service; the same thing happened. I reposted it, and it got flagged again. And it's only me; other people got the same experience: abusive flagging even though your post is legitimate. I paid for one week in a Spare room, and it's worth it.
