Beautiful home with Heated Pool House was very clean and had everything you needed. Pool was heated and all furnishing were well maintained. Location to restaurants and beach were great. Booking agent was easy to communicate with.

Accommodating There were a few things that needed to be fixed before we could enter our preferred rental (i.e. water heater) They were very helpful in finding us other accommodations for that short period.

Great mother/daughter vacay March 2023 was my daughter's and my 2nd stay at tropic terrace. Allison is always helpful with any questions, and the condos are always spotlessly clean and inviting. The grounds are clean and lush with flowers. The poolnis great and it's a very short walk to the gulf. We're coming back in 2024!
