Lovely spacious place with great views for a wonderful beachside vacation It's a lovely place with spacious rooms, very nice, and clean. We especially enjoyed the great views, spectacular sunsets over the Gulf, sitting out on terrace, cooking in the kitchen, and super comfy king-sized bed. It should easily get a five star review but a few things need to be addressed that we'd like to see fixed before our next trip back. The vertical blinds in the great room are in horrible condition and need to be replaced with something better that provides privacy and easily opens up for the great views, such as lightweight panel curtains with grommets. A big hole in the dining area baseboard needs repaired. The kitchen sink handle needs a set-screw to stop it from falling off. All things considered, we plan to return as we loved this unit and enjoyed a wonderful beachside vacation.

Great leading up to visit Great leading up to visit. House itself and location was great! Big for whole family. Had issues with communication during stay. Pool was cloudy and dirty, things were broken by the time a response was received we just dealt with most of it. Pool resolved. Once they were responsive it was ok.

We like the location We like the location. We enjoy the picnic table area and using the grill and the option to use the common room. We thought it would be nice if there were some games to play like Jenga or Connect Four. Unfortunately the handicap chair at the pool creates a lot of shade around the pool steps,

Clearwater stay We had severe issues with our stay, but believe this company is committed to improving, and has made things right with us as a customer.
