GBThis company is so unresponsive This company is so unresponsive, it's ridiculous! We had to cancel after just one week because they got the information wrong, didn't respond in a timely manner and basically messed the whole thing up! We lost our money, but, more importantly, they didn't do their job.DON'T USE THEM!

GBLWF put our MLS listing online with a… LWF put our MLS listing online with a reasonable agent fee. Since we wanted to Sale our home by Owner, we were prepared to do photos, return phone calls and do house showings and paperwork for ourselves. The online listing service helped us to reach buyers with lower realtor rates.

GBTerrible service from an overseas call… Terrible service from an overseas call center and you can’t even understand what is being said. If you ask for someone you can understand you will be socially shamed just for even asking. This is a bad experience just waiting to happen.. Serious people should take their business elsewhere.

GBI've used them on 5 or 6 listings now… I've used them on 5 or 6 listings now (I'm a real estate investor) and have gotten so frustrated with the clunkiness. Main thing is the showings software and dashboard stuff is always a mess and it's hard to wrangle all the details. Then when there's problems, their team takes a day or two to respond (when you have showings actively happening and need a quick response). The customer service people half the time don't really know what's going on or how to solve the issue. But everything else they do pretty well.
