GBWouldn't use again We didn't agree to use list with freedom. We paid another company, got transferred to LWF, were charged another fee ee hadn't agreed to, had to keep correcting how you misentered the property address so buyers quit visiting the wrong house. Wording on MLS confused agents and had wrong contact info so people couldn't figure out how to contact us to show the house. Agent repeatedly didn't respond during closing process. I would not use this service again. Have used other services of the same nature and never had problems like this.

GBThis company got my listing on MLS very… This company got my listing on MLS very inexpensively! That was the goal. My home sold faster since I could price it competively! My listing package was supposed to include “showing time” it was not available…I spend hours trying to accomplish this. The showing notification process was not smooth.

GBThe Logical Choice I chose LWF because it seemed like the logical choice for me since I had a desirable property and I knew it would not take long to sell. All I needed was to get the property into my local MLS and onto the popular realty websites. LWF was super easy and actually kind of fun to create my own listing. I simply typed my description and uploaded my photos and boom!, it was up in a day! I was in complete control of my listing and all inquires came to me. I had an offer within a few weeks, and closed shortly thereafter! Saved Thousands of dollars! The Buyer had an agent and they actually did most of the closing work. Don't throw your money away by going with a typical agent, they do the same thing as what you can do yourself with LWF!

GBI've used them on 5 or 6 listings now… I've used them on 5 or 6 listings now (I'm a real estate investor) and have gotten so frustrated with the clunkiness. Main thing is the showings software and dashboard stuff is always a mess and it's hard to wrangle all the details. Then when there's problems, their team takes a day or two to respond (when you have showings actively happening and need a quick response). The customer service people half the time don't really know what's going on or how to solve the issue. But everything else they do pretty well.

GBTerrible service from an overseas call… Terrible service from an overseas call center and you can’t even understand what is being said. If you ask for someone you can understand you will be socially shamed just for even asking. This is a bad experience just waiting to happen.. Serious people should take their business elsewhere.
