Making complicated simple! I was looking for a house about 3 months before my friend recommended me Gil Avilés from Avilés realstate. I had 3 agents prior Gil, and it was a complete madness. I couldn't understand anything. The first day Gil explained step by step all the documents, processes, and laws involved to be able to get a house. He was always available, kind, and knowledgeable in the subject. Gil really cared about my process, and guided me thru.
