Aviles Real Estate is a wonderful company. Working with Gil was a pleasure. We were first-time home buyers and felt like we could really trust Gil. He walked us through all of the processes and gave us his honest opinion. If we ever buy another home, we will definitely use Aviles Real Estate again.

Amazing Realtors! Gil and Susan were recommended to us by a friend who had recently moved to Mt. Pleasant. We were looking for a beach rental in IOP and Gil and Susan got to work quickly for us. Rental income was a high priority for us and they were so knowledgeable about the area that they found us many listings to look at. After much searching and numbers crunching, we found our fabulous beach house in Wild Dunes. We closed quickly and the Aviles' were able to finalize everything for us easily and professionally. We couldn't be happier with their work ethic and performance. We know we have made both a lifelong business and personal relationship with Gil and Susan. We highly recommend them.

Making complicated simple! I was looking for a house about 3 months before my friend recommended me Gil Avilés from Avilés realstate. I had 3 agents prior Gil, and it was a complete madness. I couldn't understand anything. The first day Gil explained step by step all the documents, processes, and laws involved to be able to get a house. He was always available, kind, and knowledgeable in the subject. Gil really cared about my process, and guided me thru. Furthermore, I finally got my house, and still contact Gil for advise even after WE GOT the house. This is a great service!!! Gil Avilés makes complicated easy.
