Great Value We just rented a new apartment in NYC. I was about to pay the security deposit with our 1st month rent, and the leasing agent told us we could see if we were eligible for the deposit-free option with Obligo. It only took 5 minutes to apply, they connected straight to our bank account to verify the info. The whole process was super easy and quick. I was skeptical at the beginning because I don’t like wasting money that I won’t get back, but it ended up being just a few dollars a month and we did pay the year upfront and saved another 12% on top of that ... we highly recommend it!

Highly recommend!! I highly recommend using Obligo for your next security deposit! Instead of paying your full security deposit, you are able to pay a very small fee each month (or pre pay for the year) where your landlord can charge you for any damages upon move out instead of paying a lump some and receiving it back at the end. This helped my roommates and I not have to tie up our money into a heavy security deposit fee! Their customer service is great as well!

Give Obligo a shot! Totally worth it! Highly recommend using Obligo! It was such an easy process to be able to apply and get approved for no deposit.
