Perfect Solution! Obligo was the perfect solution for me! It allowed me to not have to tie up money in any security and also do things independently & not have to ask friends or family to co-sign. I was even more happy when I found that I use them at so many places in the city so they will definitely be my go to if/when I move again.

I had a great experience using Obligo… I had a great experience using Obligo with my current apartment. Not having to tie up a month's rent for my security deposit was a welcome change from what I was used to with new york apartments. It was easy to set up with my bank account and I haven't had to think twice about it since. I would highly recommend using the service!

Obligo is awesome! Obligo felt super easy-to-use. The interface was clean, the functionality easy to understand, and it was clear there were no-string-attached. It felt just like we were checking into a hotel. As a student, having some extra money is important, so it was so helpful being able to save that extra money that would have gone towards a security deposit.

Disappointed The first time I used it, I had two charges that we itemized and so I put in the 1st charge and it closed the whole deposit accounting out and I was not allowed to add in the 2nd charge. Nowhere did is say please take all itemized charged and just enter in the whole amount due. Then after several attempts I could not get ahold of anyone. When I did, Roberto did not resolve the problem. He dismissed me and the problem is still outstanding.

I was totally stressed about coming up with the deposit money for my apartment along with moving cost, etc. The application was quick and easy. I was surprised and pleased to be approved which definitely helped me make the move for my new job. Thank you, Obligo!
