Disappointed The first time I used it, I had two charges that we itemized and so I put in the 1st charge and it closed the whole deposit accounting out and I was not allowed to add in the 2nd charge. Nowhere did is say please take all itemized charged and just enter in the whole amount due. Then after several attempts I could not get ahold of anyone. When I did, Roberto did not resolve the problem. He dismissed me and the problem is still outstanding.

This was my first time using their… This was my first time using their services and they were very helpful in securing my apartment application. If using their platform were an option in my future I would use them again! They were especially very prompt in response to my questions and concerns.

I got approved for the deposit-free… I got approved for the deposit-free moving, that allows me to save money and furnish my new place. it comes with a small fee, but thrust me is below 15% of the actual deposit price, which is great! I would definitely recommend Obligo

Recommended Recommended. Was able to apply and authorized in matter of minutes!! Without spending i big amount of money upfront as deposit! Wasn't aware of this feature but i think can help on expenses when moving.
