Never heard of Obligo prior to my… Never heard of Obligo prior to my recent move, but I’m so excited that my leasing office uses them! I ended up qualifying to move in deposit-free! The process was so easy and fast!

Disappointed The first time I used it, I had two charges that we itemized and so I put in the 1st charge and it closed the whole deposit accounting out and I was not allowed to add in the 2nd charge. Nowhere did is say please take all itemized charged and just enter in the whole amount due. Then after several attempts I could not get ahold of anyone. When I did, Roberto did not resolve the problem. He dismissed me and the problem is still outstanding.
