Avoid double moves and costly bridge loans. Talk to Catapult! We were looking to upgrade to a larger home while having equity built up in our current home along with an outstanding mortgage. The traditional way would be to sell your home first, find a place to rent, and then buy your new home, hence causing a double move. With Catapult, you do not have to do that double move and you do not have to do costly bridge loans. Catapult helped us buy our new home first, find an agent to list and sell our old home and explained the entire process with as much transparency as possible. They have world class customer service and was always available to answer all our questions throughout the entire process. In fact, NOT too good to be true We own a home in the East Bay with a mortgage, so the bank told us we could not get a new mortgage for a new home until we paid ours off. This left us with bad options, like considering expensive bridge loans or selling and moving out first before shopping for a new home.
