Bad overall experience Bad overall experience - not responsive to maintenance request on AC during worst heatwave in AZ for years and had to go to Airbnb to sleep. They say you can pay 1,000 to break lease however they won't market property until you're vacated so you run the risk of double rents and of course they fail to mention that along with the fact if you choose to pay deposit monthly it's really not a "deposit" but an increase in rent as they won't return those funds. House was also filthy when we moved in. Would not recommend using this company or signing one of their contracts not to mention the attitude/response around maintenance requests.
