Housekeeping referral was way too… Housekeeping referral was way too expensive for the "deep" clean they didn't do. Vet your recommendations better. The $1000 check for promising to use SellWhenever was post dated so it could not be immediately deposited. Plus it did not arrive in the specified amount of time. We had to reach out to them and they gave us a story that it had been sent out but never cashed. They did not say what address they sent it to. The house inspector said the dishwasher worked and it doesn't. Not sure if we have any recourse there. We are sorry that we are now stuck with having to use SellWhenever for the next 30 years. Our real estate agent was very responsive to our needs. No real complaints there.

At no time did I feel pushed to make a decision to take part in this program. My main concern was that this company was going to try and "scam" me and take my property, that is certainly not the case. These funds will used for repairs on my property.
