Made Marketing and Showing My Property Easier RentSavvy provided photos and managed tours for my property. Before listing, their agent went to the property to provide a report of the property, which helped me know what needed to be fixed before a new tenant moved in. With my schedule, it would have been very difficult to do any of these things on my own, so it was a valuable service that I will use again.

Overall Overall, using RentSavvy was a great experience with excellent communication throughout the process. I live halfway across the country from my property, and they were able to take care of all the tours and provide important feedback from prospective renters as well as handle the application and leasing process. Their analysis of what to charge for rent was also very helpful in making sure I didn't ask too much or too little for my rental property. I would definitely use them again.

Rented out my property while out of country Right after they listed my property, I went on a trip out of the country and they kept me up to date with progress the entire time. Shortly after I returned, I had several applicants to choose from. Originally, I was going to use my own lease, but I ended up preferring theirs, and the process of revising the lease to my specifications was simple and straightforward. All in all, they provide a great service.
