Real estate investors will save so much time using probatedata.com! As a real estate investor since 2009 I remember the OLD way of mining probate records and piecing all the information together. It is utterly refreshing to see how far things have come. I love this service. The NEW way of doing it. Particularly how I can set multiple predetermined filters.
