Real estate investors will save so much time using probatedata.com! As a real estate investor since 2009 I remember the OLD way of mining probate records and piecing all the information together. It is utterly refreshing to see how far things have come. I love this service. The NEW way of doing it. Particularly how I can set multiple predetermined filters. I like to focus on out-of-state executors, know if something has sold already, and even easily access old hidden files. This tool/service allows me to do that in a couple of clicks. It's cost-effective and the data is extremely high quality. It literally shaves a dozen hours off of the "old way" and that's putting it mildly.
