FRI've been using probatedata for almost… I've been using probatedata for almost 7 months now. As a real estate agent and part time investor I like the flexibility I get in probate real estate. Working with probatedata gives me accurate leads that are motivated to sell. I can wear my agent hat or investor hat so to speak. My favorite feature is that they skip trace contact info and verify property ownership details.

I have been hesitant to implement the program because of other real estate distractions but I am committed now to arrange my leads and begin my mailings.
