GBMy experience w house cashin has been a… My experience w house cashin has been a mixed one. It was very easy at the beginning of the process settling in on the price and the contract was easy. However after a few weeks of “no interest” we terminated the contract a week or so later an interestedparty was found but another contract was drawn up at a lower price. We settled on that price and a new contact was signed. I was contacted and told two investors wanted to see the property we agreed upon a time and i wasted an hour and a half waiting on theinvestors to show up And they never did! Then another investor was interested so i personally met him at the property for what i told would b a 10-15 min walk thru 1.5 hours later the potential buyer leaves tge house. Later that evening i was contacted byhouse cashin telling me they had an all cash offer for 10,000 less than what we agreed upon. What house cashin didnt know was the buyer disclosed to be he had made an offer of 3000 more than my agreed upon price three days earlier. When i refused the offeri was told there were new people working in the office and he was given the wrong file we went bk and forth a few times bf they told me it was a paperwork error and i was in fact correct on the price. We settled and the process began. During these few monthsthe buyer asked to come back and see the house either two or three times in which i ensured someone was at the property to unlock it and the buyer NEVER SHOWED. Bf the buyer signed the papers he wanted a final walk thru and he agsin didnt show up we waitedfor over 30 mins for him. This process took a few months to complete bc one of the parties involved passed away during the sale so this extended the process all in all it was an ok experience FB Louisiana

GBA couple of months ago Me and my wife… A couple of months ago Me and my wife attempted to sell our house with House Cashin. The experience wasnt real bad. We found the company through resesrch through google so we attempted to obtain their services from Longview, Texas. The company made a low offer in the beginning but we countered there offer and they raised the price in which we accepted. The problem we had was we were working with their agent asking questions as we went along. The agent would just tell us something but would not get an answer. For example, HouseCashin sent over a contract that had a 30 day closing date. I asked the agent could we close earlier as there website states that you can. The agent stated that she would talk with her supervisors and get back with us. The agent never did contact us with an answer. There were to many incidents like this so we didn't sign the contract and terminated it. This company may be a legitimate company but we are not the type of people that can be blowed off and there is evidence that the company was just blowing us off.

GBI found this contact on Google and… I found this contact on Google and called them. I spoke with Sam. Sam was very helpful and polite. He agreed to help me sell my property and within days I had interested buyers ready to see my property. He told me that it should sell within a month and he was right. I think it was about 3 weeks and we signed a contract and closed a week later. I plan on using Sam again in the future.
