GBMy wife and I came across House Cashin… My wife and I came across House Cashin as we were looking to sell our property to move out of state. When we called House Cashin Richard was very nice and helpful, but prompt and direct. We had 1 showing, with multiple partnered investors, and got a phenomenal cash offer the next day - allowing us to sell quickly without giving our house away. Richard also agreed to a 2 week period where we could stay in our house after closing to get everything packed up. It has only been 17 days since first contacting House Cashin, and our file funded and closed yesterday! Thank you Richard and the entire House Cashin family!

GBA couple of months ago Me and my wife… A couple of months ago Me and my wife attempted to sell our house with House Cashin. The experience wasnt real bad. We found the company through resesrch through google so we attempted to obtain their services from Longview, Texas. The company made a low offer in the beginning but we countered there offer and they raised the price in which we accepted. The problem we had was we were working with their agent asking questions as we went along. The agent would just tell us something but would not get an answer. For example, HouseCashin sent over a contract that had a 30 day closing date. I asked the agent could we close earlier as there website states that you can. The agent stated that she would talk with her supervisors and get back with us. The agent never did contact us with an answer. There were to many incidents like this so we didn't sign the contract and terminated it. This company may be a legitimate company but we are not the type of people that can be blowed off and there is evidence that the company was just blowing us off.

GBHouse Cashin Delivered Living in the Spring area of Houston, I didn't know if I would get a fair offer; my house, like many others on my street, was affected by Hurricane Harvey. I reached out to several businesses looking for the highest bid and House Cashin delivered. They needed access twice and in the time of those quick and seamless viewings, there were investors at my property. The investor we went with was a hard money lender which allowed us to close like promised. There was a bit of an issue with title at the end, but Richard was able to crack the whip to get funding to hit within the month like promised. After everything came to a close, House Cashin agreed to give an extra weekend for us to get everything moved, which allowed for an easy and very simple process. I really appreciate the efficiency and dedication from House Cashin. I would go back any time I have a house I need to be sold cash!

GBLoved this transaction! This was my first time working with Property Cashin and I’m glad I did! I thought it would be a hassle as I’m from California, and working on purchasing a property in Ohio, but Richard and Sam made the process of purchasing and closing out of state very smooth. They kept a great line of communication, keeping me updated with everything that was going on, which allowed me to feel comfortable. The property was $0.60 on the dollar, there was a clear title, and it was drama free. I’m glad we were able to work together and will be working with them for time to come!

GBHouse Cashin - Thank you! I called Richard Lowrance owner of House Cashin to invite him to my home in Sugar Land to discuss the details of selling my property as is. From our first meeting Richard came across knowledgeable, confident, and engaging. He asked precise questions while being sympathetic on my emotional ties to my home. Even though Harvey affected my home, I felt reassured after my first conversation with Richard my home would sell. All seemed going well without a hitch until I received a phone call from Richard letting me know of a second lien on my home. I was surprised, a second lien showed up since I knew there was no second lien. Before the conversation ended Richard assured me all would be fine, and he would investigate the matter further. He explained the next day, due to the refinancing occurring 17 years ago, neither mortgage lenders involved did not have the documents to confirm nor were there any records digitally confirming the lien had been paid. Without casting blame one of the mortgage companies 17 years ago did not have the one document showing the lien had been paid. Richard worked diligently to have the confusion rectified with resulting in closing on time. I am grateful for Richard’s diligence, professionalism and walking alongside me with his support through this process that was nail biting.
