Wonderful!! Mr. McFadden is probably the best landlord I've ever had. He's responsive, flexible, courteous, and super professional. His rental contract with me is extremely reasonable. During COVID there were a couple months when I was without a job, and he was totally willing to work with me on the rent as long as I kept him updated. His maintenance contractors are wonderful; experienced, responsive, courteous, and they actually listen to me when I have an issue and suspect a cause. I love my apartment - I've been here 2 1/2 yrs now and have no plans to go anywhere else. If I do, I plan to buy and will use Mr. McFadden's real estate brokerage to do so. 5 enthusiastic stars!

I was referred to Mark through family… I was referred to Mark through family members and decided to give him a call. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price point and he gave me a nice list of homes to choose from. I immediately fell in love with an apartment listing downtown. I told him how bad I wanted it and he went above and beyond to make sure this home was mine even wrote me a referral letter. A couple of days later I was approved for my apartment.
