GBWonderful!! Mr. McFadden is probably the best landlord I've ever had. He's responsive, flexible, courteous, and super professional. His rental contract with me is extremely reasonable. During COVID there were a couple months when I was without a job, and he was totally willing to work with me on the rent as long as I kept him updated. His maintenance contractors are wonderful; experienced, responsive, courteous, and they actually listen to me when I have an issue and suspect a cause. I love my apartment - I've been here 2 1/2 yrs now and have no plans to go anywhere else. If I do, I plan to buy and will use Mr. McFadden's real estate brokerage to do so. 5 enthusiastic stars!
