Happy with Homecashguys! I am extremely pleased with the whole Homecashguys' team. The property was sold and settled within a month!! They lifted a burden I wasn't physically able to deal with anymore at a fair price. It was a pleasure working with their entire team. DO NOT trust these people! Their initial offer for my home was low but considered by my family. Then THEY texted me several weeks later and lowered their offer by $10,000. When I replied “lower than last time” their agent replied with a rudely worded text. Especially considering that my family and I are already facing foreclosure. Would NOT recommend them. Their entire approach seems predatory- as if they’re doing us a favor. THEY are the ones who stand to profit upon resale.

A Sale During the Pandemic The sale transaction was very unusual due to the pandemic. I think the whole process took much longer because of this, however they were able to adapt and make it happen. Tyler was great to work with in the beginning and the closing team was very responsive. Overall I was happy at the end.
