Dissapointed Offer was good but everything up till closing was aggravating and stressful. First you have realtors come into the home without notifying us, they leave the door unlocked that anyone can walk in. Their partner or client urinated in the toilet and didn’t have the decency to flush. I was told HCG was buying the property to fix up and sell, then find out after seeing the realtor cards in my home that it was listed in the MLS to be sold as-is. Even the day before settlement I was still lied too. I would not recommend HCG. Probably should have listen to the reviews, but I thought since I know who the owner is it would be different.

Happy with Homecashguys! I am extremely pleased with the whole Homecashguys' team. The property was sold and settled within a month!! They lifted a burden I wasn't physically able to deal with anymore at a fair price. It was a pleasure working with their entire team. Great Experience I confess that I approached selling my home without a realtor with some trepidation but the experience with Greg and his team put me at ease from start to finish.
