My home was in need of some repairs, and I thought this would be our best option. I was correct in choosing HomeCashGuys they were very accommodating, they made sure I understood the process and reached out to me expeditiously when I had questions. They even went back and forth with me when I needed to move the settlement dates multiple times. I would highly reccomend this as a way to easily sell your home without the headaches.

Dissapointed Offer was good but everything up till closing was aggravating and stressful. First you have realtors come into the home without notifying us, they leave the door unlocked that anyone can walk in. Their partner or client urinated in the toilet and didn’t have the decency to flush. I was told HCG was buying the property to fix up and sell, then find out after seeing the realtor cards in my home that it was listed in the MLS to be sold as-is. Even the day before settlement I was still lied too. I would not recommend HCG. Probably should have listen to the reviews, but I thought since I know who the owner is it would be different.

DO NOT trust these people! Their initial offer for my home was low but considered by my family. Then THEY texted me several weeks later and lowered their offer by $10,000. When I replied “lower than last time” their agent replied with a rudely worded text. Especially considering that my family and I are already facing foreclosure. Would NOT recommend them. Their entire approach seems predatory- as if they’re doing us a favor. THEY are the ones who stand to profit upon resale.

A Sale During the Pandemic The sale transaction was very unusual due to the pandemic. I think the whole process took much longer because of this, however they were able to adapt and make it happen. Tyler was great to work with in the beginning and the closing team was very responsive. Overall I was happy at the end.
