Incredible experience at Hyatus apartment I am delighted to share my review of the Hyatus rental apartment in Bethlehem! From start to finish, my experience staying in your apartment was exceptional. First and foremost, the apartment was simply beautiful. The decor was tasteful and modern, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the large windows. The furniture was comfortable and inviting, and the amenities were top-notch. From the plush bedding to the high-end appliances, it was clear that no detail had been overlooked. Not only was the apartment beautiful, but it was also impeccably clean. The space smelled fresh and was spotless when I arrived, and it was clear that the cleaning staff took great care to ensure that every corner was thoroughly cleaned. In addition to the physical space, I was also extremely impressed by the level of customer service that I received during my stay. You were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had, and you went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and happy in your apartment. From the detailed instructions that you provided before my arrival to the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and a welcome basket, it was clear that you truly cared about my experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this Hyatus rental apartment enough. If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, and luxurious space with excellent customer service, this is the place for you!

I'm not one to write reviews often, but felt compelled to write one here about Hyauts because of how exceptional my stay was. Michael and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The apartment and facilities well exceeded my expectations and were at the level of a 4 star hotel. Thank you Hyatus and team!

I can’t wait to stay at Hyatus again Best trip ever!! Hyatus customer service and incredibly attention to detail made this trip with my large extended family celebrating our golden anniversary an unforgettable experience. The building is wonderful - best in-house gym I've ever used, convenient parking, great roof deck and super-fast WiFi and beautiful premium large screen TVs. The location was great - a short walk to the bars and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked - I especially enjoyed the latte-maker with the coffee machine, starter supply of Starbucks pods, and a fully-stocked kitchen, with a washer-dryer in the unit. And the bed was comfortable and sheets were the softest I've every experienced. I especially appreciated all of the hangers in the walk-in closet and the extra bedding and towels. And the sunrises from the windows in the apartment were stunning. Wonderful stay - We will return!!!

I arrived at Hyatus' so called luxury… I arrived at Hyatus' so called luxury apartment in Bethlehem PA - the property was HORRIBLE. The building had dumped furniture around it on the parking lot side, a graveyard on another and a very sketchy neighborhood on the other. Hallway was pitch black so I couldn't see as I approached the door. I called them immediately and booked a different hotel. Their offer to make it right with a refund never came for my $652.65. Classic customer service run around. Buyer beware.
