I arrived at Hyatus' so called luxury… I arrived at Hyatus' so called luxury apartment in Bethlehem PA - the property was HORRIBLE. The building had dumped furniture around it on the parking lot side, a graveyard on another and a very sketchy neighborhood on the other. Hallway was pitch black so I couldn't see as I approached the door. I called them immediately and booked a different hotel. Their offer to make it right with a refund never came for my $652.65. Classic customer service run around. Buyer beware.

I had an awesome stay at Hyatus Stays… I had an awesome stay at Hyatus Stays in New Haven! The apartment was really modern and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was also really convenient being right by City Crossing, and the property management services provided by RMS were top-notch. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely go back!

Really great experience Hyatus went above and beyond to ensure my experience staying at their apartment was easy. The communication was great, the space was very clean, and the place was spacious and well located. Will definitely book again when in the area.

Hyatus customer service and incredibly attention to detail made this trip with my large extended family celebrating our golden anniversary an unforgettable experience. The building is wonderful - best in-house gym I've ever used, convenient parking, great roof deck and super-fast WiFi and beautiful premium large screen TVs. The location was great - a short walk to the bars and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked - I especially enjoyed the latte-maker with the coffee machine, starter supply of Starbucks pods, and a fully-stocked kitchen, with a washer-dryer in the unit. And the bed was comfortable and sheets were the softest I've every experienced. I especially appreciated all of the hangers in the walk-in closet and the extra bedding and towels. And the sunrises from the windows in the apartment were stunning. Wonderful stay - We will return!!!
