Great Customer Support The person was available to answer my questions by text and email and phone. He was also very helpful at pointing out the pluses or minuses of different plots, which helped me to select the one I bought. He also sent me extra photos upon request.

False Advertising at it's finest Like many people during covid I was looking for an escape. I found Classic Country Land, LLC and was excited to find that they did owner financing considering I'm a disabled veteran. I found a piece of property I absolutely loved and drove the 6 hours one way to look at it. I noticed the property line split down the center of the road and talked with the team about how I can secure seclusion. They explained if I purchased everything in the rear that I would be able to protect myself. They explained to me that if I purchased lot 15, 3, and four that I would be able to protect myself. Over a year later after spending tens of thousands of dollars of developing the land, The adjacent property lot 14 has gone through multiple owners and they can't sell it. I got an email from the company stating that I needed to move my building and that they were going to open access to lot 14. They're now producing a survey that was never given to me. As evidenced Classic always provides The lot number, what the lot looks like, where it has access from, and any other information to include the payment options. The lot in question, lot 14 is only advertised to have access, as confirmed by Michael (Classic Salesman) when I originally purchased the land to only have access from the main road and not the unmaintained road. Classic is claiming that Michael is new and he doesn't really know the rules, and can't make decisions. It's absolutely a case of false advertisement for the benefit and gain of a company. They falsely left out / omitted access and have not been able to sell it therefore are trying to now enforce something that was not advertised or shared with any of the surrounding owners. Additionally the company is bullying and sending people on the property that are locals, while claiming the easement is public. The easements however are not public easements, they are access easements for adjacent landowners. In this case lot 14 was never part of it and classic never even finished the road or attempted to. Now after tens of thousands of dollars of development they're trying to gain it's benefits. I would run as fast as you can and never think about buying from this company! Let's show records because I can show all of the false advertising they're doing. No record was sent to me and I have direct conversations. If you're thinking about buying from them find me on LinkedIn, I'm a recruiter and easy to find and I will save you tens of thousands of dollars of a mistake

I have had a very good experience… I have had a very good experience buying my land. I researched and went and looked at the parcel, fell in love and called Michael who helped me through the easy down payment process and JUST LIKE THAT...Boom, Im a landowner. I would highly recommend this company. The contract is very transparent and easy to understand as well.

I would have wrote a five star but I… I would have wrote a five star but I fill as if I wasn't treated equal are fairly as to the lot I was buying adjust to all sides was neighbors who also are buying from this bunch an was there before me this group of layers an jump the gun type neighbors looking take teachers pet I cut few trees to gather lumber to build my damn home well every single neighbor went told a different story called this classic an keep in mind now classic has to follow laws late payment one miss payment hardly allow to file closer an this bunc decided I later learn they have screw up bad they can not just self evict me on one miss payment an just because a bunch of dumb asses see a tree fall on my lot oh he's selling lumber these people had not one darn bit of proof they saw a lumber I cut go off site o. Truck witch I was preparing to build my home I got acusse of selling my trees witch under contract the land still there's but to try control every thing I do on my legal land I have contract for I got some news for you tree huggers OK civil rights resident laws intitle ment to privacy ur neighbors violated that invading a calling in lieing on me an classic u violated everything by assuming ur clients you Send to do your work who are not even employees ok illegal as shot if that old jar head client of yours hadn't came three lots down go out his way to start violating more my privacy rights with out my permission classic u hold no power to over ride my rights under contract weather I miss a payment are not contract is in place u no this ur client I'm going to file a fair equal housing rights to intitlement against you your clients for invading my privacy civil rights under fair housing act an it applys to all folks an you self evicted me with out advising me of my rights are choices I. The matter you are ur legal advisor never advised me honestly of all rights I'm in title as it his duty he fail I'm fileing a full law suot for the value of price of my.lose witch was never fairly advised as should have been you self evicted me by bribe false miss lead me An broke laws now in learn of these things would wave the agreement based on dishonesty with holding parts of intitlement.an fail to provide any proof you classic said u got pics big deal I was preparing my lumber under contract it mine see to build period nothing in contract says I can't prepaid the lumber I cut period nothing in contract says that period ok an u try order me to show you receipts you ok I don't have show u u are the accuser not me burden on u to prove what u state not me to help u prove something never happen ok u bully the wrong sob all of u did

Michael was great the land was as it… Michael was great the land was as it was described I opted for the owner financing 500 down and small monthly payments the whole process was very smooth I love my land and I'll definitely be calling Mike to do my next transaction.
