My experience with CLASSIC country land… My experience with CLASSIC country land has been better then I would have expected.i know these are crazy times hard to trust..but I did and it has gone completely by the book.i am 100 % satisfied with the service I have received from Classic country land LLC .

AMAZING PROCESS Review feom my wife: My husband and I, bought a house in 2020. Covid hit. By end 2022, we bought an RV for our family and decided to become debt free or nearly debt free to we could start our dream and become self-sufficient. We could not get a loan, even after all we did to better our credit. We decided to figure out where we wanted to out our forever roots. We looked in WV, TN, OK, KY and MO. Once we knew, we found a realtor. She helped look for properties. After research, and more research until we drove ourselves crazy. We decided to go with CCL. Our realtor also helped with the process and worked with CCL. We bought land because we wanted to have a more self-sufficient, offgrid, homestead for our family. We picked CCL because the price was right, we also got a nice discount, the interest was better than any other company we looked at. We also decided to go with a 10 year pay off because we didn't want to deal with a ballon payment you would get if you did 15 or 20 years. Which is probably where some people didn't do their research that complain. Research is key. Also doing research in the state and county you want to buy land. Do your due diligence. We researched for months. Nearly a year. The buying process was super easy. I highly suggest going to view the land. We went to Windy Ridge in MO and it was all clay the road was no maintenance and no way we could get anything up the big hill and sharp turns. We ended up looking at another place in MO right after and the road was maintained and the property I could see my family living at for years and years. Our realtor helped with the purchase process. Which made is super easy. You do not need a realtor but it made it better in my opinion. Everything is explained in the paper work. If you have questions, ask. Overall, the process was amazing. If I had the need to buy more, I would. I have suggested CCL to many people looking. For anyone struggling with bad credit, and want to purchase land maybe start an offgrid homestead I would pick CCL. Just do your due diligence, and research laws, zoning etc in the state and county you want to buy land in.

I went through really rough times, and it affected my credit score. I cannot even get a credit card, not even the ones people get who have bad credit. my dream was to own land off the grid in the country. I will be honest I was really feeling like this was too good to be true but guess what it is definitely true. I even met my amazing neighbors who bought from classic country land 3 years ago and are very happy with classic country land. I am buying 27 beautiful acres in the Ozark mountains in mo. Shannon County. Here is the best part of this experience. Michael is the guy who we worked with on getting this property. Michael was so patient and amazing with us I am shocked at his kindness and thoughtfulness I had an issue with my bank, and I didn't think I was going to be able to get the deposit in my bank in time it broke my heart the thought of someone else buying the land I knew was meant for my family. Michael saved the day; he said I will stay up till 10 pm just so you get this land. This Gester of kindness was so refreshing you don't see kindness like this in this world we live in now he was so funny and very reassuring willing to put in more hours so we could make our down payment. Michael if you read this or your boss reads this you need a promotion and a raise you made this process so simple, I literally found the land and had the deed the next day it was a smooth process. I will be screaming off the rooftop how amazing this company is. Request Michael because I know for a fact, he will make this process so smooth and enjoyable. He even sent me a personalized video congratulating me. Michael and classic country land you made my dream come true when no other company could have done this for us. I drove 5 hours this past weekend to see the land in person. I was so in love with this property.
