Excellent service and support by REI… I had a great experience using REI Litics. I noticed some issues with the website and reached out to them. I was impressed by how they handled my concerns. They explained it's a new platform and that they are working hard to continuously improve it. It was the actual founder that reached out to me. He was really appreciative that I reported the issues. Definitely a company that cares about user experience!
