Overall the platform looks great and is easy to navigate. It is very useful for the beginners as it allows you to quickly compare areas. You have the right information without getting me confused. Here is where I think you can improve and I know you have just launched this. 1. Not all locations have data especially for past years 2, The landlord friendly score would be easier to read if it was a star rating rather than 1-5 3. It would be good to have a video showing how to quickly navigate the platform so I didn’t have to figure it out myself 4. How often the market data is updated?
