I love you and only want you to succeed. I own an investment property in California (I’m based in Australia) and am interested to invest in other areas with potentially higher returns. Overall the platform looks great and is easy to navigate. It is very useful for the beginners as it allows you to quickly compare areas. You have the right information without getting me confused. Here is where I think you can improve and I know you have just launched this. 1. Not all locations have data especially for past years 2, The landlord friendly score would be easier to read if it was a star rating rather than 1-5 3. It would be good to have a video showing how to quickly navigate the platform so I didn’t have to figure it out myself 4. How often the market data is updated? I hope this was helpful and I know how passionate and excited you are for this project. You have a good heart and are so hard working, again I wish you all the success in the world.
