Overall the platform looks great and is easy to navigate. It is very useful for the beginners as it allows you to quickly compare areas. You have the right information without getting me confused. Here is where I think you can improve and I know you have just launched this. 1. Not all locations have data especially for past years 2, The landlord friendly score would be easier to read if it was a star rating rather than 1-5 3. It would be good to have a video showing how to quickly navigate the platform so I didn’t have to figure it out myself 4. How often the market data is updated? Intuitive way to keep an eye on the real estate market! I registered for the free trial of REI Litics and was impressed by the ease of use. I’m new to real estate investing but this platform made it easy for me to explore so many areas I have no idea about. Great way to keep an eye on the market while I get more comfortable to invest. Definitely worth paying the monthly fee for the full version.

Excellent service and support by REI… I had a great experience using REI Litics. I noticed some issues with the website and reached out to them. I was impressed by how they handled my concerns. They explained it's a new platform and that they are working hard to continuously improve it. It was the actual founder that reached out to me. He was really appreciative that I reported the issues. Definitely a company that cares about user experience!
