GBRN Travel Nurse I did a 13 week contract at UAB hospital it was extremely convenient for me. The walk to work was 5 minutes and I didn't have to move my car because everything you need is in walking distance. The apartment it self was exactly like the video, clean, kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, cook wear, and my favorite washer and dryer. There is constructing being done under the apartments because it sits on top of a store front. The noise wasn't too bad because after I got off on my night shift I was still able to sleep all day with the construction going on. Now if you took the time to read this review, I saved the best for last. Besides free parking if you Google Landing there are some discount codes you can use ,only once, to help with the cost. If one code don't work keep trying them until you get one to work in the checkout part of your payment. I would recommend this apartment 10/10 for its safety, convenience, cleanliness and free parking.

GBStay somewhere else The unit didn't had everything they advertised. We had a damaged ceiling fan, broken TV, broken flatware, scratched bathtub, and a balcony that was like a pond every time it rained. The worst part is that for the last 6 weeks of our stay, the elevator was broken, and the unit was on the 4th floor. We reached out to Landing 5 times, send them pictures, asked for updates, and we didn't get a response. We had to move all our stuff using the elevator on the opposite end of the building (probably 150ft) from the apt. The cherry on the top, the downstairs neighbor kept hitting our floor from below at all times of the day, and sometimes yell at us from her balcony...we were only walking in the apartment. Oh, and we paid approx 2,500 a month. Overall, this was a horrible experience.
