GBABSOLUTELY NOT ABSOLUTELY NOT. We arrived to Minnesota on Sunday for a 5 week rental and the condo HAD NO ELECTRICITY OR HEAT. The landing people did not turn on the electricity. I sat in my car for 3 hours on the phone with them and they could not get it resolved or electricity turned on. They told me to go find a hotel for the night with my kids. They didn’t even bother to call me the next morning. I called the area manager Veronica who was absolutely useless, she didn’t apologize or anything or was of any help. All you could hear were her dogs barking and her not paying attention. The experience with Landing may have been the worst I have ever experienced in rentals and customer service.

GBI’ve been using Landing since 2021 I’ve been using Landing since 2021. The benefits of having fully furnished, clean, and available apartments access across the country has been so valuable to my family. We have used air bnb prior but there is no consistency in that like Landing. Each landing has beautiful furniture, large smart TVs in the living and bedrooms and enough items (linens, pots/pans etc) that u don’t need to haul your own from place to place. We’re currently in Mesa AZ and The manager for this region is very responsive and accommodating. I’ve done the math and it just makes more sense to stay in Landing versus any other platform for contract work or traveling often.
