Couple problems House was listed with a basement when we put there is a crawl space. Also house was litsed as a short sale when that wasn't the case either. I did accidentally mark short sale but the following question asked same thing and that was marked standard sale so someone should of contacted me since the two answers contradicted themselves.

By the way, as soon as we went on to MLS, we got non-stop calls and had a signed contract within 5 days of listing through Realmart Realty.
