good experience I've done a few flip houses that I sold by owner but now the market is cooling a bit by me and I wanted an MLS listing that would reach the local brokers rather than the zillow only listing I had used previously. There were a couple of mixed reviews on realmart but I liked that the owner responded directly to them so I went forward and used them. I'm pleased to say my current project went live on MLS less than 24 hrs after I began the process. I even made a couple of listing errors and updates that were addressed in less than an hour after making the request. I don't often write reviews but while doing my due diligence I found it hard to get good feedback on flat fee brokers in general so I figured I would write something...these guys did exactly what they said they would do...I'm pleased and plan to use them on my next project as well

Excellent service for selling my property I used the Flat Fee MLS Listing Plan from the Realmart Realty to sell my property. I have had a wonderful experience during the whole process. It's truly a very efficient, modern digital platform in the real estate industry. Of course, it depends on the market. I have taken the advantage of the current seller's market. Couple problems House was listed with a basement when we put there is a crawl space. Also house was litsed as a short sale when that wasn't the case either. I did accidentally mark short sale but the following question asked same thing and that was marked standard sale so someone should of contacted me since the two answers contradicted themselves.
