They make it easy for responsible sellers to represent their own properties for sale. Realty Mart functions as a sellers broker and provides the same support as any local realtor. Every time I had a question or concern, they responded WITHIN the hour or so to my emails. Very PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. Helped me save OVER $20,000 in agent 's fees. good experience I've done a few flip houses that I sold by owner but now the market is cooling a bit by me and I wanted an MLS listing that would reach the local brokers rather than the zillow only listing I had used previously. There were a couple of mixed reviews on realmart but I liked that the owner responded directly to them so I went forward and used them. I'm pleased to say my current project went live on MLS less than 24 hrs after I began the process. I even made a couple of listing errors and updates that were addressed in less than an hour after making the request. I don't often write reviews but while doing my due diligence I found it hard to get good feedback on flat fee brokers in general so I figured I would write something...these guys did exactly what they said they would do...I'm pleased and plan to use them on my next project as well
