good experience I've done a few flip houses that I sold by owner but now the market is cooling a bit by me and I wanted an MLS listing that would reach the local brokers rather than the zillow only listing I had used previously. There were a couple of mixed reviews on realmart but I liked that the owner responded directly to them so I went forward and used them. I'm pleased to say my current project went live on MLS less than 24 hrs after I began the process. I even made a couple of listing errors and updates that were addressed in less than an hour after making the request. I don't often write reviews but while doing my due diligence I found it hard to get good feedback on flat fee brokers in general so I figured I would write something...these guys did exactly what they said they would do...I'm pleased and plan to use them on my next project as well

I've recommended realmart to multiple… I've recommended realmart to multiple friends since selling my home. If you're in a good market where your home is going to sell easily then you'd be crazy not to do a little more work and try to sell it through a broker and save yourself 2-3%

Company takes nearly 24hours to forward… Company takes nearly 24hours to forward an email lead, rude staff is representing you, the sign they sent me links to their website not my house. There are so many issues with this company. You will pay $500 plus for them to promote their business through you. They also charge buyers realtors $150 for the MLS fee when that is what I thought I was paying for. Super shady money hungry people. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Take the initiative yourself, have fun and save a LOT of money I wanted to sell my house myself yet have it listed on MLS for both Monmouth and Ocean counties. I found the staff to be very professional and helpful and sold my own and my mother's homes this way. If you are able to create some basic marketing info and if you like meeting people and having open houses, then Realmart is the way to go.

Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off… Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off the charts. Because they charge a FLAT FEE, I was apprehensive about the process. But, my fears were unfounded. Every time I had a question or concern, they responded WITHIN the hour or so to my emails. Very PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. Helped me save OVER $20,000 in agent 's fees. I would certainly recommend them and, use their services AGAIN. Thank you, Realmart!
