After listing with Realmart, we received a number of calls for viewings. Management was every helpful and answered/resolved my questions quickly and efficiently.

Couple problems House was listed with a basement when we put there is a crawl space. Also house was litsed as a short sale when that wasn't the case either. I did accidentally mark short sale but the following question asked same thing and that was marked standard sale so someone should of contacted me since the two answers contradicted themselves.

Thus far it's been a good… Thus far it's been a good experience.They have responded promtly to our questions and concerns and the staff had been curtious and and has guided well through the process of selling our home. I had an excellent experience with… I had an excellent experience with Realmart. If you want to sell your home on your own and without a realtor, Realmart is the answer. You have several different options to choose from depending on your comfort level. I saved at least 2.5% on real estate commission. Also, the office staff is great!
