Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off… Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off the charts. Because they charge a FLAT FEE, I was apprehensive about the process. But, my fears were unfounded. Every time I had a question or concern, they responded WITHIN the hour or so to my emails. Very PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. Helped me save OVER $20,000 in agent 's fees. Take the initiative yourself, have fun and save a LOT of money I wanted to sell my house myself yet have it listed on MLS for both Monmouth and Ocean counties. I found the staff to be very professional and helpful and sold my own and my mother's homes this way. If you are able to create some basic marketing info and if you like meeting people and having open houses, then Realmart is the way to go.

Realmart's system made it easy to keep the listing up to date, and the staff was responsive to questions. I highly recommend Realmart.
