Company takes nearly 24hours to forward… Company takes nearly 24hours to forward an email lead, rude staff is representing you, the sign they sent me links to their website not my house. There are so many issues with this company. You will pay $500 plus for them to promote their business through you. They also charge buyers realtors $150 for the MLS fee when that is what I thought I was paying for. Super shady money hungry people. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Did not even show for the closing or call in advance to say they would not be there, but called afterward to ask where her closing check was. Would not use this service again.

Excellent service for selling my property I used the Flat Fee MLS Listing Plan from the Realmart Realty to sell my property. I have had a wonderful experience during the whole process. It's truly a very efficient, modern digital platform in the real estate industry. Of course, it depends on the market. I have taken the advantage of the current seller's market. Realmart Realty is highly recommended.

Had a good experience using realmart Had a good experience using realmart. I would use this service again. One thing to keep in mind you have to upload all the docs as you go through the process. Contract, changes after attorney review, docs related to any negotiation after home inspection, etc. You will get an email from realmart if you don't so they stay on top of your listing.
