GBHad a good experience using realmart Had a good experience using realmart. I would use this service again. One thing to keep in mind you have to upload all the docs as you go through the process. Contract, changes after attorney review, docs related to any negotiation after home inspection, etc. You will get an email from realmart if you don't so they stay on top of your listing.

GBTake the initiative yourself, have fun and save a LOT of money I wanted to sell my house myself yet have it listed on MLS for both Monmouth and Ocean counties. I found the staff to be very professional and helpful and sold my own and my mother's homes this way. If you are able to create some basic marketing info and if you like meeting people and having open houses, then Realmart is the way to go.

GBExcellent service for selling my property I used the Flat Fee MLS Listing Plan from the Realmart Realty to sell my property. I have had a wonderful experience during the whole process. It's truly a very efficient, modern digital platform in the real estate industry. Of course, it depends on the market. I have taken the advantage of the current seller's market. Realmart Realty is highly recommended.

GBCouple problems House was listed with a basement when we put there is a crawl space. Also house was litsed as a short sale when that wasn't the case either. I did accidentally mark short sale but the following question asked same thing and that was marked standard sale so someone should of contacted me since the two answers contradicted themselves.
