This is a perfect option for a homeowner who doesn't need assistance on the sell end and can handle all of the initial paperwork and contract negotiations on their own. The package options are great in that you can choose the level of service that best suits your needs. Jack Yao and his team offer support as needed and even our lawn sign came quicker than we expected. By the way, as soon as we went on to MLS, we got non-stop calls and had a signed contract within 5 days of listing through Realmart Realty.

good experience I've done a few flip houses that I sold by owner but now the market is cooling a bit by me and I wanted an MLS listing that would reach the local brokers rather than the zillow only listing I had used previously. There were a couple of mixed reviews on realmart but I liked that the owner responded directly to them so I went forward and used them. I'm pleased to say my current project went live on MLS less than 24 hrs after I began the process.
