Couple problems House was listed with a basement when we put there is a crawl space. Also house was litsed as a short sale when that wasn't the case either. Take the initiative yourself, have fun and save a LOT of money I wanted to sell my house myself yet have it listed on MLS for both Monmouth and Ocean counties.
