I've recommended realmart to multiple… I've recommended realmart to multiple friends since selling my home. If you're in a good market where your home is going to sell easily then you'd be crazy not to do a little more work and try to sell it through a broker and save yourself 2-3%

Excellent service for selling my property I used the Flat Fee MLS Listing Plan from the Realmart Realty to sell my property. I have had a wonderful experience during the whole process. It's truly a very efficient, modern digital platform in the real estate industry. Of course, it depends on the market. I have taken the advantage of the current seller's market. good experience I've done a few flip houses that I sold by owner but now the market is cooling a bit by me and I wanted an MLS listing that would reach the local brokers rather than the zillow only listing I had used previously. There were a couple of mixed reviews on realmart but I liked that the owner responded directly to them so I went forward and used them. I'm pleased to say my current project went live on MLS less than 24 hrs after I began the process. I even made a couple of listing errors and updates that were addressed in less than an hour after making the request. I don't often write reviews but while doing my due diligence I found it hard to get good feedback on flat fee brokers in general so I figured I would write something...these guys did exactly what they said they would do...I'm pleased and plan to use them on my next project as well

Realmart offers a unique product for… Realmart offers a unique product for sellers- the ability to list a property on the MLS directly, show the house yourself, and save at least half on typical selling commissions. Realmart's system made it easy to keep the listing up to date, and the staff was responsive to questions. I highly recommend Realmart.
