Couple problems House was listed with a basement when we put there is a crawl space. Also house was litsed as a short sale when that wasn't the case either. Take the initiative yourself, have fun and save a LOT of money I wanted to sell my house myself yet have it listed on MLS for both Monmouth and Ocean counties. I found the staff to be very professional and helpful and sold my own and my mother's homes this way. If you are able to create some basic marketing info and if you like meeting people and having open houses, then Realmart is the way to go.
