It’s been almost a year since I have… It’s been almost a year since I have been part of Flex Space Untapped and I can’t say enough great things. From a simple Tik Tok to showing up at last years event in Texas , talking with Hamza and being part of the community I have purchased 2 pieces of land which are currently going through the permitting process. Hamza has a very simple and straight forward way of explaining how to get from point A to B. I don’t look at the money I spent on the membership as an expense rather an investment into speeding up the learning curve converting into real tangible assets worth millions!

Great Program - need dedication to succeed I was one of the inaugural members of the mastermind when it was launched. Naturally, there was some disorganization attributable to newness and growing pains. The mentors were patient, reachable, and transparent in sharing their wealth of knowledge. The available resources are outstanding but to ensure individual success in the program, one needs to be dedicated and commit the time & energy to it. It is not a spoon-fed mastermind; how much you get out of it is directly proportional to how much you put into it. Secondly, you need to have sizable investment funds to act on the opportunities unless you are a master at putting together partnerships with other members. Good luck on your journey!

Hamza and his team are awesome Hamza and his team are awesome, honest and straightforward people. I like the way they teach us, great program with a lot of hands-on and valuable information. I was on their first conference in 2022 and going to be there again this year in Austin. I have already purchased my land in CA and currently in the permitting process.
