GBOuch all pain from Emsleys Ouch, not a single clue of how to resolve problems on the behalf of the vendor. In my experience every time a problem occurred they just wanted to do what the buyer wanted. Clearly an estate agent should work for the vendor but not in this case, they would do anything to get paid for selling it at the worst price for the vendor. If I had it over again I would avoid completely, I would use the word incompetent to sum it up. You might get lucky but try any other before this company.

GBProfessional service from the Garforth team Very professional service from the Garforth office. Emna performed the Valuation and pictures, preparing a very good presentation of our home. She offered valuable advise both before we engaged Emsleys and after. 2 Viewings on day after we went live. Offer received the following day. Emsleys were not able to staff the viewings and I had to perform both. They had to do very little work to earn there fee. Lisa and Amber were available to answer queries through out the Sale process. There help was especially appreciated whilst we were in Canada and had to deal with specific buyer concerns. The ProoertyFile website portal to see Sales Progression is a good idea but let down by poor execution. Often updates would only occur on Seller side when we provided the office with an update. The Buyers Progression updates were even slower. The day before Completion, only 12 of 18 steps were showing as done. A knowledgeable, professional and friendly Garforth team helped our house sale progress with few issues. Recommended.
